Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Matt Harris (Go 75 Hard), a sole trader in the United Kingdom, covering your use of the Go 75 Hard app and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

Important health notice. Go 75 Hard is a tracker and a motivational tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, nutritional, or professional advice. The AI coach's suggestions are for general information and motivation only. Always consult a qualified doctor before starting any exercise or diet programme, especially if you have a health condition, an injury, or are pregnant. You take part at your own risk.

Not affiliated with 75 HARD

Go 75 Hard is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Andy Frisella, 44Seven Media, or the "75 HARD" program, which is their trademark. All credit for the program goes to them. For the official experience, visit andyfrisella.com.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for everything that happens under your account.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you log, including your photos and notes. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store your content and operate the Service for you (for example, sending your logs to the AI provider so the coach can respond). We do not claim any ownership of your content and we do not sell it.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the Service. In particular, do not attempt to access other users' data, break or overload the system, reverse engineer it, upload unlawful content, or use the AI features to generate harmful or abusive material.

Free and Pro plans

The core tracker is free to use.
AI features (the coach and the "recommend me" tools) include a limited free allowance. Beyond that they require Go 75 Hard Pro, a subscription of £3.99 per month.
Pro renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time, and you keep Pro until the end of the paid period. Payments are handled securely by Stripe.
Prices may change; we will give you notice before any change affects you. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable.

AI limitations

The AI coach can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Do not rely on it for medical, safety, financial, or legal decisions. Use your own judgement and seek a professional where it matters.

Availability

We work to keep the Service running but we provide it "as is" and cannot guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features.

Ending your account

You can delete your account and all its data at any time from inside the app. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used unlawfully.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the Service or your participation in the 75 Hard challenge, including reliance on anything the AI coach says. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
