Privacy Policy

Go 75 Hard ("we", "us") is a personal challenge tracker operated by Matt Harris, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how we protect it, and the rights you have over it. We have written it in plain language on purpose.
The short version. Your data is yours. It is stored in your own private, isolated account, we never sell it, and you can export or permanently delete it at any time from inside the app.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Matt Harris (Go 75 Hard). For any privacy question or request, contact [email protected].
What we collect
- Account details: your name and email address, and a securely hashed password (we never see your actual password).
- Your challenge data: the things you log to track 75 Hard, including workouts, water, reading, daily tasks, mood, journal notes, meals and their nutrition.
- Health-related data: your body weight and your progress photos. This is treated as special-category health data and given extra care (see below). You choose whether to add it.
- Coach data: your messages to the AI coach, and the coaching profile you optionally provide (goals, injuries, food preferences, how you like to be coached).
- Payment data (Pro): if you subscribe, payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your subscription status and a Stripe customer reference. We never see or store your card number.
- Usage analytics: privacy-friendly, first-party counts of page visits and feature use, tied to a random device id. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party cookies.
- Optional integrations: if you connect Strava, we receive the workout data needed to auto-tick your sessions.
Why we use it
- To run the tracker and show you your progress (performance of the service you asked for).
- To power the AI coach and personalised advice, using the data you have logged.
- To take payment for and manage a Pro subscription, if you choose one.
- To keep the service secure and understand, in aggregate, how it is used so we can improve it.
The AI coach
When you use the coach or any AI feature, the relevant parts of your logged data and your coaching profile are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate a response. Anthropic processes it to return that response and does not use it to train their models. The coach is a motivational and informational tool, not a medical professional. Your photos and weight
Progress photos and weight are optional and are treated as sensitive health data. Photos are stored in a private, access-controlled store that only your account can reach. We do not analyse the content of your photos and no other user can see them.
Where your data is stored
Your data is held in our database and file storage provided by Supabase, hosted in the European Union (London region). Every account is isolated from every other account at the database level, so one person's data can never reach another's. Key sub-processors who handle data on our behalf are:
- Supabase (database, authentication and file storage)
- Anthropic (the AI coach)
- Stripe (payment processing, Pro only)
- Cloudflare (secure delivery of the app)
- Resend (transactional email, such as sign-in links)
- Strava (only if you connect it)
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as you have an account. If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed. If you delete individual items (a coach fact, a photo, your coaching profile) they are removed straight away.
Your rights
You can, at any time:
- Access and export your data.
- Correct anything inaccurate, directly in the app.
- Delete your coach memory, individual entries, or your entire account and all its data, from inside the app.
- Object or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent for optional data such as photos.

Children
Go 75 Hard is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If we make a material change to this policy we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you in the app.
